1. Conversing with your kid about a misfortune can help children comprehend the darker side of life. They start to adapt. Being a mute spectator can be more threatening little ones.

4. Cut off watching the news. Continue watching the news that reports a misfortune can soar uneasiness. It is better to switch off the television and try to concentrate on other productive things.

5. You should not blame the entire community or people who belong to a particular race or a cast. Because in every religion there are good and bad people. Do not blame the community for any violent attack. It will not console your children at all.

6. Do not disturb your routine. When you go through agony, it becomes difficult to maintain routine because we lose our senses. During such a difficult time, do not skip dinner, breakfast and take care of everybody's health.

7. Serve humanity of the victims. Find ways on how you can help the survivors. Take children along with you for helping victims. By doing so, they get to know that their griefs are nothing compare to others.
