In general, the following countries are included in the Middle East. Turkey, Syria, Lebanon, Israel, Jordan, Iraq, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Oman, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Egypt, Libya, etc.

The term "Middle East" originated from the European people they used to narrate the region around India "the Far East." Thus the countries located in the transcontinental area between Western Asia and Egypt are called the middle east countries.
